RecommendedThis has been the one program that works so well for me. I've tried other diets without the success I've had with MRC. I feel encouraged when I go in and the staff is very supportive and friendly. I also love that I eat regular food and supplement that with the best tasting protein drinks! This was the right choice for me!

I’m so happy that I joined. My first week I am down 13 lbs!!! I’m sure that is not typical for everyone, but that is what happened for me. I’m dedicated to feeling better and have appreciated all the support and information I have received so far. This is a tool to use for a permanent lifestyle change! It is not a diet...diets end... life goes on and so if you commit to this change the weight will stay off. I joined because I have seen it happen!!
