My weight has been up and down most of my life. I’ve found as I get older, it is much harder to lose weight and then maintain that loss; however, the MRC program is so easy to follow and it really makes losing weight simpler than any other program I’ve been on. I love coming here! I have a lot of ups and downs with my own motivation and progress and they're always stick with me and want me to succeed in my goals. Always have fun new recipes to try and doing whatever it takes to make the journey benefit you.
I love the staff. The staff is so supportive and caring. They give you the tools not only to loose the weight but to keep it off. If you need to lose weight, MRC is a great way to get started and finish.
Staff is amazing, friendly and supportive. MRC gives you everything - tools, resouces, and tasty product to lose weight and feel great. Highly suggest if your ready for the journey!
