The scales just kept going up and up. Blood work and doctor reports not great. By Christmas I knew I had to make a change. The first week of January I called MRC Destin and my weight loss consultant Daffiney got me started. By the end of September I've lost 50 pounds. Now I'm in transition before going on maintenance. I’ve lost over 40 pounds so far. Some pounds dropped off easier than others, but Daffiney has been supportive, informative and encouraging during the entire process. Look forward to reaching my goal weight and know I will have continued success.
