This is a very effective weight loss program. I appreciate the weekly, one-on-one check-ins that keep me on track, focused and answer questions that I have. It is a healthy program based on real food and science. I have lost weight. I feel better, my clothes fit and I am more active. Metabolic Research Center sells supplements and food. The protein drinks and bars are delicious! I like to used the ready-to-drink vanilla in my coffee. The bars are a real treat and I don't feel guilty eating them!
This place has armed me with the tools and knowledge to regain control of my weight by learning new eating habits supported by a healthy but tasty menu and various supplements. I’ll always be grateful to them. Tracie always championed my progress through the highs of losing pounds and lows of plateaus and regression. Stay the course! There is hope to regain your confidence and health!

They offer a no nonsense approach to weight loss. You learn to eat correctly and eat regular food. I am hopeful that this will help me.
I am so happy I found this place! This is by far the easiest program I have ever been on. I'm never hungry and I keep losing weight. Tracy is so helpful and easy to talk to and if you feel like you are slipping or anything like that, she is there to help get you back on track with tips, tricks or other suggestions. Highly recommend this place and Tracy!
