Such supportive staff and a Diet ....no wait a lifestyle change that helps you become a healthier and happier you .So pleased with my results and support of the ladies here in Dothan.
Staff are working hard with me. I am following diet and thats a plus for me. Bars are great
I lost 19 lbs and 41.5 inches during my 17 week program. I did not hit my goal weight but am so pleased with the inches lost. I love it when my friends make comments about how I'm just 'melting away'!

The staff is always encouraging my husband and me. Even when there are setbacks and standstills we are encouraged and a plan is formulated. They help us stay motivated and have taught us the proper way to look at food. We are learning to eat differently and even enjoying some new food that we didn't think that we would like. I started in March and my husband in April, two weeks after me. We have lost so much weight, and now I rethink what I need compared to what I am craving. Thank you for your help and motivation!

The staff at Metabolic are so uplifting and encouraging. Dieting is easy when you have such a good support group at the center! The plan is easy to follow and the protein bars/drinks are very good!
