I've lost over 15 lbs. since January 2018. Before I came to them, I had no idea what I needed for a healthy weight loss diet. They teach and encourage. They give you menu guidance and recipes galore. They can answer any concerns and questions you have about your personal situation. They have classes. They track your progress twice a week, including diagnosing body composition and measuring inches lost. They celebrate your successes and encourage you when you don't quite make a goal. They are my friends!

I have been coming for about two weeks and I came Into this with not a lot of expectations. But within these two weeks I have lost 6 lbs. I am super excited to see where this journey goes. All of the girls are o so very sweet and there to answer any questions.
