Staff is wonderful. Program is excellent. It's really what I need. I had a total thyroidectomy and my metabolism is off, and they truly understand my issues.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love it. Everyone should try it If you need to lose weighy.
I'm atta point where my health is failing becuz of the weight. I felt hopeless .......I'd been following them on fb for about 6 months. Finally went and got signed up. Nicole was amazing and sooooo sweet and supportive. Me and my daughter r doin this together. Day 1 and feeling hopeful for first time in a long time. By by xtra pounds......hello new me!!!

Today was a mild stone for me. 22.5 pounds and 22.5 inches gone to never return. This is a wonderful program, the staff are very encouraging and always there to help. I will continue until I meet my goal.
I have only told a couple of people about joining, but those I did tell asked the age old question that rationalizes their dream to be overweight The question: "do you get hungry on that diet?" My answer: "do you ever get hungry" seems logical to me. We all get bungry, thats why we eat. - we are hungry! Amazing conceot.
