MRC has been a great way for me to lose weight, Jennifer is always very helpful and upbeat about everything!
Jen is the best and so is this program! It definitely works as long as you put the work in. I go to owensboro and I look forward to coming in every week to my weigh in. Jen is so encouraging and real, and will become your friend and one of your biggest supporters!

Absolutely love this plan! Super easy ,even with a very busy lifestyle like I have I can still eat and stay satisfied with real food. And, a big bonus is that I don’t have to cook different food for my family because they like eating what I’m eating. The consultants are amazing! Great support group. Never thought I’d be excited to weigh in.
Jennifer & MRC continue to be a successful & healthy journey for me, while my journey is not complete, I know that I have the support & resources I need to reach my goal!! I love the inspiration & support that Jennifer gives me, she keeps me focused on my results. With MRC the food is real, whether it be the grocery store, garden or a restaurant this plan is achievable and most of all IT WORKS!!!
