The infrared sauna is so relaxing, a great option if you really want to just stretch and feel refreshed. Please do your session hydrated. I recommend hydrated and in your birthday suit to get the best experience. You have the option of adding fragrant oils, which is a plus. It can be hard to get dressed following your shower due to the area outside of the sauna still being so hot. It has gotten better with each session for me but I am still figuring it out.
