My deep tissue massage was amazing 🤩 I have some pretty tight muscles and very stiff and hard in some areas. No one has ever gotten as deep as Frankie did and it was so needed. He was able to release and loosen up muscles in my body that have been very tight for a long time. I will most definitely book with him again. I live 30 minutes from Meta Physica and I have been coming to their Infrared Saunas for many years now. I had to cancel my appointment due to a work situation completely out of my control I’m a flight attendant and got held up by my airline, so I physically could not make it in. Despite this, the front desk charged my card anyway. When I asked about it, I was told it was to protect staff wages, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances were completely involuntary on my end. ‼️Update: After I emailed about the situation, the manager, Travis, reviewed it and refunded the charge. Olivia was wonderful! She used just the right pressure, made suggestions for future massages which I'll try, and was thoroughly enjoyable! Thank you again for a great massage and reflexology session! This was my second visit and I've scheduled my third already. I highly recommend - great people, vibe and beautiful, relaxing space.
I've been coming here for a few years now, and it has been an amazing experience every time. The saunas are an absolute lifesaver during the long, cold, gray Michigan winters.
