I had the best experience at Meta Physica receiving a massage from Gregory. He is the GOAT. I have also received massages from Frankie and Sarah O and they were incredible as well. Best Wellness Center in Metro Detroit, hands down.
I originally requested Frankie for the Deep 90 massage; was told by receptionist that he wasn't available but there was someone else's style that was comparable (Sarah O). Sarah O's style was nothing compared to Frankie's style. That was a wasted $145. I was very disappointed. There was nothing "Deep" about that massage. Frankie is seriously the best. This was my first time getting a massage and I'm so glad I got it here! The space is very calming (vibes, music, lighting...) and everyone was so nice, also the place smelled great! Frankie was so accommodating to my needs and made me feel very safe and welcomed.
To be honest I wasn't okay with the way they handled business. Communication is often difficult for them, they leave out appointment details, and often don't answer their phone. The massages are okay but they also tend to upcharge for services by creating massage packages with necessary add-ons. I'm a Detroit native and hate to speak like this about the business but it seems like this place is more for the hype -- not massage therapy.
