AJ has been my counsellor/therapist for over 3 years. He has been extremely helpful with getting me to work through my crazy thoughts and anxiety issues. He has seen me and been there through my worst times and always helped me get past them. His real world advice and most importantly his “homework assignments” for me to do between sessions have truly helped me get back to my normal life. I can’t thank him enough for what he’s done helping me out and don’t know what I’d do without his help.
