Four years ago I had a really bad accident on ice that tore major muscles and the IT band, damaging the trochanter joint and cracked my SI joint. The fracture was not found until three years later and it was too late for them to do anything. So work comp settled out of court with me. Not as much as I would’ve liked. I then went to a chiropractor a couple months ago and ended up getting hurt on the trochanter joint once again after he pushed down on it. I decided to go with massage.
