Not specifically for this place . In general of the company is useless , I purchased extra insurances , I try to find out what's going on with my claims I get nothing but hung up on or transferred . Big issue when you leave voice-mail for your person in charge of claim its been over 3 weeks now still no response . Not to mention on hold forever, your company isn't busy with the way you hangup on people . Give me my money and go away seriously
