There is no reason to ask for my credit card number when I was already asked a ton of info to begin with and all I called for was to make some changes on my policy. Very suspicious to me! I also had a hard time understanding the lady's English with a very heavy accent. So I ended up hanging up to call a different location that didn't need that much info nor my credit card number for gosh sakes. Ridiculous!

This company is worst insurnace you can find. They canceled my policy beucase they send information to the wrong location and I will not recomend this company to anyone.
