I've had Metlife Auto for years & nothing but good experiences. And even when they increase policy, its not by very much like with other companies I've had. My only compliant is when you have a claim, the assigned claims rep can be non responsive. I got more assistance from Claims CSR than my assigned rep. I get they are busy but a return call or email would be nice.
Very accessible staff. Been with them for years and they offer amazing customer service.
Customer service is great, but the roadside assistance is HORRIBLe. Get your own roadside elsewhere. Worst I've ever experienced. I've used it 3 times and not good at all
I would not wish MetLife insurance upon my worst enemy.
