First 3 times i went here I was happy with the haircut I got. The most recent time was absolutely disappointing. It was the only guy sitting in the chair while the other 2 were working. We could barely understand eachother and he did not give me layers, nor did he cut it the length I asked for. I am 1 month post partum, havent had a haircut all year and I was really looking forward to "feeling great" about myself..sadly I do not.. The place was immaculate. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. The stylist jonny did a fantastic job on my highlights.I was extremely happy.
I don’t recommend coming here wasting your money. I used to come here all the time and yesterday I went for a trim and to get my hair curled and showed the guy specific picture, but he did not do what I ask. He did the complete opposite. He dropped a pair of scissor on my hair, kept being rough with me and simply didn’t understand what I was saying don’t work there if you don’t understand. This never used to happen. I came in for an appointment today at 5pm and they did such a fantastic job!!! I unfortunately forgot to ask the man who cut my hair for his name but I described what I wanted and didn’t even show him a picture and he did exactly what I envisioned. They are so thorough and exact here - every strand of hair cut is measured and calculated. The woman who washed my hair was great as well. Went there twice use Johnny for haircut,he was awesome took his time to give me the cut I needed,now after trying so many and being dissatisfied will definitely go bk ,highly recommend
