I understand my power was turned off for non payment. People fall on hard times. But my doctor sent a certification almost two weeks ago due to my blood pressure issues and of course my power isn't on. And of course I can't get a hold of anyone. Company can't even make good on what their policies say.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Met-Ed has been nothing short of infuriating. Over the past two years, I've dealt with inaccurate billing, confusing account information, and customer service that seemed more interested in reading scripts than solving problems. At one point, my electric bill exceeded $800 for a single month.
