You can't even reach them by telephone it just tells you your call cannot be completed at this time Please try again later and my phone is fine it's their phone but they want your money
4 power outages in the past MONTH. If you have any choice at all, go with a different electric company. If this god awful excuse of a company is your only option, power your house with a generator. The power’s been off since 5, won’t be turned back on until 8, so if you have a job good luck doing anything at all to get ready for it if you use this “company”.
I requested for service to be started TWICE and received an email saying they would reach out to me in 48 hours but no one ever did. I assumed they would send a bill like every other utility company I have did (my mistake). My kids get home from school and tell me the power is out. No notice left or anything! Just a house with no electricity. I call and they say I was supposed to fax or email a copy of my lease to an email they then provided. They put you on hold for hours on end, and nothing gets done. They are the worst company to deal with. It’s pathetic at this point, I’ve never heard a single good thing about them.
