Nothing in my home changes yet the bill keeps climbing. Turned off all heat in February, somehow, my budget plan is going up over 25% a month. Absolutely can't stand their AI answering service, doesn't listen AT ALL. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. HATE THE SMART METERS. Want to move.
They are rude. Arrogant, talk over you, take and repeat the wrong info repeatedly.
