Today I had three gentleman replace the utility pole behind my house. They were more than respectful and very professional. As much as this company gets a bad rep I will say I am highly impressed with the work they preformed and have no complaints. Continue to do a great job. Y’all did a fantastic job. Unsung hero’s of the community.
why do you just electronically change your new information to your customers without a letter. I never had auto pay! now you put me on auto pay???? You have income everyday. I don't.!!!!????? I want to pay on my due date or before my due date. i am on a budget Why don't you big corporations budget . Greed, Greed, Greed! I feel like they wanna make people homeless I work six days a week and the electric bill is astronomical and I don’t even have electric heat. It’s cruel.
Trash I’m call 2 days arrow never responded
Poor to no line maintence/tree trimming for over a decade and now rotten trees fall and neighborhood is without power going on 24hrs for something that would of been prevented with correct maintence. Literally watched 5 trucks sit with crews in them all night long and not do a thing but wait for daylight. Prolly wouldn't be complaining either if their prices wernt so high.
