Thank you guys for your diligent work keeping the power on. It's unfortunate that corporate policies cause negative reviews due to poor customer service. For what it's worth. Waited on hold for 1 hour and 28 minutes. Hung up on by 1 hour and 29 minutes. A class action might be the only way yo reach a decision maker...
45 minutes waits when it says 1 to 2 minutes? Can't get a hold of anyone.
The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. Is there really any one even there to transfer service to new address.
If I can give this 0 star's I would takes 3 days for them to even respond and they don't email with confirmation numbers after I paid a bill.. shit is crazy
