If I can give this 0 star's I would takes 3 days for them to even respond and they don't email with confirmation numbers after I paid a bill.. shit is crazy
Thank you guys for your diligent work keeping the power on. It's unfortunate that corporate policies cause negative reviews due to poor customer service. For what it's worth.
Came home with a note on the door stating my power was shut off have to sit on the phone for 4 hours and still nothing horrible service want my money so bad but have zero people to do anything what a joke of an electric company that I’m sadly stuck with when will it change when will they stop and let a different company take over cause even though we where late on a payment we went to pay the 50% and went through all that yet having them tell us we are good all paid for now they never took the money out of my account or sent... read more
