Wish I could give zero stars. I've lived in many cities across all of the USA and this is, hands down, the single worst energy company I have ever delt with. Unprofessional, un-helpful, and infuriatingly useless. If you have ANY other choice, pick it. If you can't find another energy provider, move. I wish I had better words to warn people, and to somehow affect this company. Avoid.

Worst and most expensive electric company, horrible customer service
Had to haggle with the Crypt Keeper over being short $20 on a bill. Thank you so much for the smart meter I did not ask for.
