We had the pleasure of having Cherif as our driver for both pick up and drop off. With a full family, needing car seats plus ski luggage this could have been a difficult experience but he was extremely helpful and kept us calm and at ease the entire trip. He went the extra mile to help bring our luggage inside when we realized curbside checkin was not yet open which was above and beyond.
