Holy crap, this place is excellent. The food is fresh, really tasty, cooked well. Oh, and THE FOOD IS GLUTEN FREE AND SOY FREE. We crushed the empanadas first, housed the fish tacos, and damn that mushroom/rice bowl was really tasty. I’d skip the pork belly next time—it was mid.
This place is awesome. It’s a gluten free restaurant but don’t let that detract you from going. They have meat and these guys know how to cook. It’s sort of fusion Mexican. We went with a party of six and got pretty much everything on the menu between the group. It was all very good. The molé was epic. The burria was delicious and generous. Portions in general were large and high quality. I didn’t take pictures but take my word for it. I’m leaving really full and I’m happy we picked this place.
The food was amazing, definitely worth going for. We made a reservation and I was glad that we did because it was a very busy. I believe the busyness meant that the staff were overwhelmed a little. It also meant that the restaurant was very loud. Otherwise the service and environment were great too.
