This sourdough one of the best I’ve ever had! The crust is really crisp, while the inside is soft, airy, and pleasantly chewy.
Custom marshmallows were a hit for my daughter's baby shower. I put them in s'mores kits and it turned out beautifully!
Absolutely 5 stars! I love that she offers reduced-sugar options without sacrificing flavor. We ordered the reduced-sugar cinnamon rolls, and they were incredibly soft, gooey, and delicious. My family are true cinnamon roll connoisseurs, and we all agreed these are some of the best we’ve had! We also tried the original sea salt and olive oil focaccia, and it was perfect for our brunch with cheese. My first time ordering sourdough bread of Mestas Sourdough Delights and I was very impressed and happy with my decision! The bread was amazing, fresh and reasonably priced! I’ll be ordering more from her for sure!!
I took a sourdough baking class with Miriam and learned so much about the bread baking process. This is the first time I made edible (and delicious) bread for my family.
