RecommendedI can not recommend Celebrations Bridal and Formalwear enough! I had Brooklyn help me find THE dress and she was such a joy to work with. She not only was a great consultant but an amazing hype woman! I told her a vague description of what I was thinking and she was able to point out numerous dresses and even pulled a few off the mannequin which landed me my dress! The consultants were so nice and easy to work with! Everyone was willing to help get the best experience and the perfect dress! They have a huge selection to choose from and they are very reasonably priced!
the ladies here were so amazing and so welcoming! even thou we ended up finding "the one" somewhere else the service was OUTSTANDING. thank you corie (sp?), leann and staff on all your help and making this day so special!
Chyna and Leann are SO AMAZING to work with. They gave advice and hyped me up on each dress that I tried on, which I LOVED. ❤️😝I appreciate all of their help, and so happy that I found my perfect dress with them. Would 100% recommend. 💯
Celebrations Bridal is fantatic to work with. From the first appointment to the pick up everythig was great. The superb customer service at Celebrations Bridal and Formalwearl went above and beyond to get my daughter's dress here on time for her May wedding, despite delays caused by Covid19. We are simply thrilled and thankful that extra steps were taken to ensure she would have the gown and veil on the day she needed it. I would highly recommend Celebrations Bridal and Formalwear.
This store should be shut down. my sister made a dress fitting here booked an appointment and we ended up pulling our own dresses, with zero help from anyone. no one even checked on us to see if we needed assistance (even tho we booked an appointment) the customer service was a joke. since this, I've heard nothing but horror stories about this place I would steer all the way clear of this store!! would not recommend to anyone!!! ZERO stars
I am re-writing my review in hopes of saving any other bride from dealing with this. Before you even consider dress shopping here, I urge you to read through to the end. 5 stars This store was the first one that we went to and Ashtin was such a big part of finding the perfect dress for me. She made our experience very enjoyable and I would highly recommend this store!
