Updated 8/20/2025 Greg wrote this customer. Al was sent out. Al did exactly what I was thinking. His suggestions matched my ideas. His suggestion will be taken for professionally cleaning the carpet, he shaved the pieces around the edge where needed. When the time comes we will be back at Messner' to have that area of the carpet removed and the hrdwood floor refinished. Something new that they have available. Thank you so much.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Messners. Greg was extremely patient with my decision making. I had my heart set on a specific color and he made it possible for me to obtain this through getting special dyed samples. I choose the color I had wanted, my special order carpet was ordered, installed and it is PERFECT ! This was not the first time that I purchased carpet from Greg. I would not shop anywhere else. Greg is very professional, accommodating and thoughtful.

We have purchased several carpets from Messners over the years. They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and always a pleasure to work with! We have and will continue to work with Messners for all future carpeting needs! Highly recommend!

9/2023 had new carpet, pad installed. 3500. Purchased new Bissell rug cleaner to clean carpet. It ruffed up the carpet by our front door when cleaning. Writer called messner, left message with Jessica for Greg to call me back. He never returned the called. I failed to follow up. 8/6/2025 I emailed Greg and called. Greg was not in the office, sales man (Andrew?) said he would speak to him and he would call me the next day. Greg never called or emailed. (Yes I checked my spam). We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our new Karndean Art Select LVT plank flooring. Andrew in sales listened to our vision and recommended glue down LVT. We have a large dog and were covering wet areas like the kitchen, entry, powder room, and laundry. The project scope included the entire first floor. We love the seamless look. No transitions.
