Great place, wonderful selection of designer jewelry, good value with helpful and pleasant owners. Susan helped me pick out the perfect necklace for a special birthday gift. I will definitely be going back to this boutique :-)
Horrible customer service – Purchased a 295.00 necklace in the store. The focal point charm of the necklace fell off the second time I wore it. Brought it in for repair. The next time I wore it the charm fell off again. This time I couldn't find it. When I contacted the store again I was told there is nothing they can do for me. The designer cannot be contacted. They offered no help to replace the charm or even give me the designers name so I could try and find her. I'm a local person and will take my business elsewhere next... read more
Exquisite Pieces and Friendly Owners This boutique jewelry store in the heart of Westhampton is a great place to find designer jewelry at reasonable prices. Nicole was the person I dealt with and she was very pleasant and she knew a great deal about the designers and what the store had to offer.
