Today I visited the Messika boutique and had a wonderful experience thanks to the sales associate Desa. She was incredibly warm, patient, and professional throughout my visit. When I encountered an issue during payment, she showed absolutely no impatience at all—instead, she kept reassuring me and helping me calmly until everything was resolved. Her kindness and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Truly excellent service, thank you Desa!
Mariana was such a wonderful person to talk with, and she answered every one of our questions with patience and clarity. Her warmth and grace truly made this purchase effortless. She never rushed us, stayed attentive the entire time, and made us feel completely supported in our decision. We’re genuinely grateful for her professionalism and kindness — she turned what could’ve been a stressful process into an easy, enjoyable experience. Our family looks forward for future purchases.
Consistently disappointed ever since we bought our pieces. I love the design motif, but the service is unacceptable. I would highly warn against buying due to the miscommunications and after purchase services. December 2024: I bought two bracelets for my partner and myself, sales associates were very kind and let us know that the cords could be exchanged at any time for free in the future to any colors available with a quick store visit, with a suggestion to change these out at least 1x per year.
