I'm sure they consider themselves legends of the academia of Law in their respective field. So with that? You can take the risk of giving the try to trial or error. Ultimately, law is not easy, therefore it's not cheap. But given the advice of a friend vs an academic on a stricter demand of contractual obligations to juggle for clients, how much resources you'll have or are willing to.commit to legal sinkholes is always a gamble. They did what they were contracted. But they also saved their own rears but not mine.
Jessica=unethical lawyer. Jessica decides to share unnecessary information out of a psych evaluation with her client. Very unprofessional and unethical. I would avoid Jessica hafemeyer of messick law if you care about your children. This woman promotes parent alienation, thrives on conflict to fill her pocket book. I also in my opinion believe Steven messick is just as unethical considering he allows her to get away with this behavior as her employer. Beware of Messick Law! We hired Messick Law to handle a divorce for my uncle, a vulnerable adult with cancer and cognitive decline, who was being financially exploited by his spouse. What followed was months of incompetence, negligence, and billing abuse. Despite paying over $6,400, the attorney assigned to the case missed court deadlines, made basic factual errors in filings, refused to communicate with us, and delivered no strategic plan or progress whatsoever.
