DO NOT USE this company! WORST customer service ever. Installed a new AC unit and did not properly reconnect the drain line. Created a leak and then blamed it on us said it was a clogged line. His own tech said it wasn't a clogged line. Lesson learned. I will never use nor recommend to anyone. Will yell at you over the phone and won't let you get a word in. Even threatened me. Will be suing to recoup damages.

Messiah? More like false prophet. The only thing that this business did right was respond in a timely manner when my AC unit was down during the summer of 2016. Otherwise, as I found out nearly 2 years later, they were incompetent and not trustworthy. On September 9, 2016, Messiah diagnosed the problem as a worn out capacitor, which the Messiah tech replaced (with the incorrect size, more on that later in review), He then suggested installing a hard start kit for the compressor, which he charged $200 for labor and installati... read more
