Good patient rapport, knowledgeable, thorough exam. I loved that he didn't have a laptop attached to his arm when he came into the room !

I have seen Dr Messer for years. He never seems rushed when he is with you. I appreciate that he is soft spoken and has a calming demeanor. Moreover, he is an excellent physician and surgeon.
Dr. Messer took time to explain my condition and even provided written information about my specific issue. He helped educate me about what to watch for in the future and how to handle it. He asked if I had any questions because he had provided a lot of information and medical terms.
A little longer wait tine than expected. Dr. Messer was great. I felt very comfortable in his care.

I met with Dr. Messer after breaking my index finger. He was so comforting, professional and courteous. As I have never had a broken bone before he explained in detail about my necessary surgery in language for a lay person. Surgery went as he had explained. Although I hope to never break another bone, I would return to his office without a qualm. Also, the entire staff that I dealt with were exceptional. Thank you.
I went into the first visit with, after evaluation, was a likely torn tendon that would possibly need repair or replacement. During second visit he reviewed the MRI report and images and thoroughly re-evaluated the arm’s range of motion and strength in various positions determining that he could reattach the tendon arthroscopically.
