Terrible folks to work for. Worked there nearly 6 years and did an outstanding job. The minute they found i had interviewed for another job it got ugly fast. The owner even went so far as to go to my next employer and petition them to fire me.
I've worked for Messer Contracting for 10 yrs, it took them 8 yrs to realize that I was a valuable employee. After realizing this my pay grade increased. Messer only thinks about the job not the employees, assignments are rushed without the proper tools and the facility is kept unorganized. After I put in my 2weeks notice, they got mad and didn't let me work my final 2weeks.
