I've had a great experience with Messbarger Property Management. Kaitlin, who I've worked closely with the most, has been incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. She is always quick to follow up whenever I have a question or an issue. Mark, who handles maintenance, is just as fantastic. He's prompt, efficient, and always friendly whenever something needs fixing. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares and makes you feel supported as a tenant. I'm really grateful for how easy and pleasant they’ve made everything!

Where to start with this wonderful company. For one, Kaitlin and Amanda have been amazing for us! This company not only cares about their tenants, but their owners equally and really try hard to make sure it’s a wonderful experience from the time you start with them until the time you move out. The hands-on approach makes you feel like you couldn’t pick a better company for property management. I’ve been trying for several days to get ahold of them to tour a property and haven’t received any response back. I’ve gone through Zillow and have left them voicemail and text messages. That tells me that the communication won’t be very good if I were to rent from them.

Been trying to reach out to rent a potential property for days now. No response back. I contacted them on Zillow, called lvm, texted them multiple times. As a property owner, is this who you want to handle your property? Literally your customer is trying to rent your property and they give you a big FU.
