I’ve been trying for several days to get ahold of them to tour a property and haven’t received any response back. I’ve gone through Zillow and have left them voicemail and text messages. That tells me that the communication won’t be very good if I were to rent from them.

Been trying to reach out to rent a potential property for days now. No response back. I contacted them on Zillow, called lvm, texted them multiple times. As a property owner, is this who you want to handle your property? Literally your customer is trying to rent your property and they give you a big FU.

The Messbarger Property Management team was amazing to work with! I was contacted by Amanda almost immediately after requesting a tour through Zillow, and was impressed with the quick turnaround. We had a phone call prior to the tour, as I had a different timeline with our current lease (ending in June) than the property owner and Amanda as the property manager wanted (April move-in), but Amanda was great and understanding which ultimately resulted in us taking a tour of the property. I have been trying for a month to get in contact with someone to tour a property, but my calls and messages have never been returned. I cannot imagine being a tenant of a company that is so poor at communication
