I'd give this company zero stars but I have to give one so I can post a negative review on them !! they are scammers !!! they scammed my elderly parents out of their home/land and had them sign a 60 plus year lease with them. There is no cell tower on my parents property and this land lease agreement was signed in 2012 and my Dad was age 83 and my Mom was 82 .... they both had health issues including dementia, strokes, alcoholism, and Alzheimer's... My Dad is deceased for 5 years now and I had no clue about this lease agreem... read more
Cell tower at 465 Hills st. Is useless. No reception on Hills st. Parts of Oak St. And Hillstown Rd. No wonder it is for sale. ($360000).
Let me list just a couple of facts.AT&T used MCM and proposed a Cell Tower Lease for a 2nd time in 2013.I point blank ,Asked the Salesman,"I Dont want to go through this again." Do they (AT&T) want the tower Here? He (Chris Gelinas) responed,"Yes, they want it here. Dropped calls from Rt.2.Halfway through the process,They switched sites. One year later,After a tower was built at an alternate site,MCM didnt even know they still had liability insurance on my property. I had to call the insurance company and MCM to get it cance... read more
