MESSA is the rare insurance entity that is AWSESOME. They answer the phone right away, they always know what is going on and are extremely helpful. Even the website is easy to navigate.
I tried to use my messa insurance card at a CVS to fill a prescription. I was told I was not ony wife's insurance which was a lie and that MESSA wanted my other insurance to be billed first. I don't have other insurance. They also don't have a way to solve this problem after 5pm. So I can't do anything about it and MESSA isn't helping.
