Its 3pm, why is their phone saying it's after hours during a work day when their site says they are open until 5pm? Their website reservation portal is down, as well: "We know you have many choices when choosing a Gastroenterologist in Tucson, AZ so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site." All this after not returning calls with messages left during the morning.
always a massive PITA every time i need to get my heartburn prescription renewed. i often end up going days without it due to their lack of responsiveness and phone tag they have me play with my insurance. AVOID
Changed my husbands appointments without his knowledge and never contacted us. Then when we tried to reschedule for he procedures he was told he would need to start over from the beginning.
Awesome bunch of professionals. I've been going to Dr Arenas for years and never, never had any complaints. He is very caring, spends the time you need answering questions and his office staff is exactly the same way. They made my last two procedures bearable, which is hard to do as they were a GI Endoscopy and today the dreaded Colonoscopy..thank you Mesquite staff, you are awesome!
