the gal that answers the phone is friendly and efficient, they've worked around my schedule and still provide prompt service. I've called 4 different times and still have an infestation issue. They do one re-spray for free with each paid visit. They did tell me it would take a few times as some pests are super resistant and persistent. The last time the fellow said he did have better (stronger) chemicals but didn't have them with him so I guess I'm out of luck there.
