This is for Dunwright heating and air not Einstein or what ever. They overcharged me. They said they were gonna give me some kind of service package and that they could do it the next time they came out. Of course they didn’t do anything as far as the servicing goes. When they were repairing the air conditioner, I told them to be careful with the trim, not to step on it and break it. I even offered them a chair to stand on. Very fast response to issue and great service.
Mark Walding did a great job of checking our system. We know we are prepared for winter now.
Antonio was very polite and personable. He seemed to know what he was talking about. This service visit was free and was more like an evaluation of my system, which was installed in 2013. Of course it has issues and I am considering them. He was not pushy.
