I called to inquire about a newly posted vehicle that didn't have pictures. Victor took the call and told me he would get some pictures. He immediately went to the shop and sent pictures of the truck being inspected. The next morning, Victor took his own pictures of the detailed truck and sent them. The service team at Ken Garff Ford save the day for us. We were traveling through and had an unexpected issue with the brakes that the were able to diagnose and assess immediately and work us in on a Saturday so we could continue on our trip. Joe on the service team went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was operational and safe for the road trip. Highly recommend them.
I had an issue with my Mustang GT/CS, with the rear fender scoop coming off, while traveling to Las Vegas from Colorado. I stopped in to see if a service tech/ mechanic, could answer a question on what needed to be done. My first point of contact was helpful directing me to Service Department stating they would be best to help with this. Started off great, but over all experience was not good. Forcing people to purchase the PLAD Tech, giving me a loaner vehicle with no gas, no smog done on the vehicle I purchased, all of those things made the experience horrible and I will not recommend to any one Ken Garff Mesquite Ford. I
