I arrived to my appointment on time and as I started to check in; the doctor motioned for his receptionist to come to the back to talk. When she returned, he all of a sudden had a family emergency and could not see me. I lost PTO for this appointment. Dissatisfied and will NOT return.
Friendly staff, Dr Smith is a great optometrist.
