I am here now waiting on doctor. Girl in front was so rude and not helpful. I’m not sure if she’s having a bad day or what’s going on. She sets the tone of the whole visit, now I’m irritated and ready to go. Which is making my appointment seem long. I have no idea why people have receptionist jobs and can’t be nice and welcoming to their patients, customers. That’s the whole point of your job.
