Angry patient Patients beware! This office will do a fine job of fixing your teeth, but will not fail to rip you off! I had their team of unprofessional office staff pre-approve my dental benefits before my treatment prior to the service. We also confirmed my portion of the payment just prior to the treatment. 4 months later I get a harrassing call from their very rude office manager demanding that I pay them more than double what had already been agreed upon. Disappointed Expect to pay $95/hr for the plumber and 12.50/hr for his "helper". Also even though I had described the problem clearly, they had to make a 1 hour trip to the parts store (and had lunch?) while charging the above labor. I dont mind paying for professional help, but 3 hours to do a 45 minute job? Highly do not recommend. I support our local businesses, but not this one.
Mesquite Endodontics, PA Dr. Dees is very knowledgeable and personable as well as the staff at Mesquite Endodontics. The office has all of the most up to date equipment. You can watch television in the dentist chair while waiting to be tortured. They did not accept my insurance but they do accept certain insurance. It was all in all a pleasant experience.
