Dr. Lai, is one of the most wonderful orthodontics I ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, soft spoke, and is very popular at Boston Children's Dental dept in the city of Boston. All though she staff to make appts and because she is in high demand at times, she calls me personally on Sundays to make sure our kiddos have their monthly appointments in a timely manner.
