The facial treatment was disappointing. While Susan’s technique was meant to be soothing, it didn’t feel very effective, and I didn’t notice any immediate or lasting results. My skin didn’t feel particularly refreshed or improved after the session. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
