It was a full waiting room when I arrived. The staff seems very efficient as the waiting room moved along. One thing I thought was odd was that I couldn't figure out where all these patients were because only a few came out. (This was my first time here and I didn't know to how spacious it is in the back!) My name was called and I'm escorted to an examining room. Doctor answered the phone claiming he was Satan and when I tried to talk he just yelled over me, saying that he was "the angel of darkness". This place needs to be shut down - do not go anywhere close to it.
Horrible communication! I have been waiting for 6 months now to get my kids implants for their shoes. Dr Cadena had me change my kids medical insurance so it would cover and has been a complete mess! Went into the clinic to see what was going on and he was horribly RUDE telling me I needed to call before I went into the clinic, when I just went in because I was not getting my phone calls returned!
