I am very disappointed in the service that I received from Mesha. She seemed more interested in selling and collecting on policies than she did on trying to inform us on the best options for us-that would save us out of pocket costs. When I questioned her on some things she became very rude and defensive.
I love the customer service at this State Farm office! I switched from Allstate to State Farm a couple months ago due to the price being increased all the time without notice and not to mention the rude office staff that answered the phone when I called Allstate. I want to thank Mesha at State Farm and her office staff for the excellent customer service they have provided me. Also for helping me out by making the switch to State Farm a great experience!
