Terrible service! I've been on hold for 30 minutes and front desk worker by the name of Hunter hung up on me and didn't even give me a chance to speak. So I call AGAIN ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES, Hunter answered my call again and she let me speak but then just hung up on me again. I then tought it was my phone giving problems so I call another phone number and they heard me just fine. On hold for an hour total and was rudely hung up on TWICE. Ridiculous.
Cannot get office to pick up. Office service has been bad, but now is non-existent. Sorry for you if you actually have a medical need.
Trying to speak with someone or even getting someone to answer the phone is impossible and if you do get someone they are usually rude. This merger was a mistake. Doctors are great though
