Overcharged services. Absolutely no follow through. Charged forthings that were never explained. Bad ccustomer service exchange. Had a partial done for o e if my family members and awful fit. Jad to do a tray twice. Still acnt wear do to the poor fitting after $2500.

I had two new fillings and one replacement filling, all on molars. Little did I know Dr. Mesec would be using the white (sorry I don't have the proper name in front of me) fillings. These fillings are not covered under my insurance!! Not to mention I have been taking 1200 Mg of Ibuprofen daily for over a month now. Thanks for the $500 bill, I will not be returning!!!

This provider was polite. His reception staff was rude though. The place was clean and orderly, but equipment was dated. I saw this provider three times within a year for a cleaning, root canal, and a crown. It was awful. I was left alone for a long period of time during the visits, and when I was worked on he and the assistants just spoke of his vacations and cars which was really off putting. During the root canal, the injection wore off and I could feel everything, so then I was given more meds, so much that I was numb fo... read more

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? No, they didn't last more than a week Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine
