Tracy was phenomenal! When shopping for a new policy she answered every question I had quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly kind and made sure I felt informed and secure about the policy switch.
I've probably had them longer than any other policy in my life. You call their phone and you get a REAL person, not an automation or forwarded to overseas. Its rare to have that anymore.
