As of late there is no one at the office to attend to our needs. Requests about maintenance are not being met. I have asked to be transfer to another apartment and they have not done it. Everything was running better when Nancy Lopez was the manager, yes she was strict but she got the job done. And don't get me started on the damn roaches. From the looks of it it looks like this place is going down so sad because I have lived here for 10 years and I actually like it but not as of late

Wish I could get in contact with the owners of this complex .. pool has been dirty &they haven’t had pest control in forever this place needs to be fumigated it’s definitely roach infested ! And they don’t seem to care that my water only comes out hot for the first 15 minutes .. I know for a fact something is broken and it’s not being fixed .my water heater door is locked ? When it should not be . Keep switching property managers and most seem to be rude when i address these issues .
Lately they are always switching managers at the front desk...I don't know why. They've gotten very strict with having any visitors over. The pool hasn't been cleaned in almost 8 months, the water is pretty much black already. And the apartments are infested with roaches. No matter how many times they've gone to fumigate I always see little roaches and i've heard neighbors complain about rats!
