April is super nice and willing to work with you! Super pet friendly! Some of the other tentants are loud and rude. Like in 203. 204 and 305 all very rude ppl. Super rude ppl. Asked the lady in 203 to stop yelling and be quiet my kid is in class and cant hear over you. She replied with stfu and get back in your apt and continued being rude. Kids are ridiculously loud with high pitched screaming and yelling.Makes it hard to home school. Otherwise decent place! I have extreme vertigo so the elevator is a plus. The Landry on 56th has been my home for 4 years since I moved to Arizona. My Apartment is nice and it's very quiet and cozy. But most importantly April Delagarza the apartments manager is the reason I stay. She is very accommodating and fair. She runs this property like well oiled machine. If she doesn't return I may also leave. Because she is simply the Icing on the cake.
Kid & pet friendly staff and nice apartments, has a pool, spa and picnic tables
This place is over priced. Pool is a nightmare when managers isn't here. Kids screaming constantly people be rude and loud. The elevator is a toy to the kids on the 3rd floor. There needs to be more communication about whats being done around the complex. Otherwise very slow to fix things, pool is always icky from other tenants, some of the other tenants are noisy and rude 24 7. I honestly hate it here. Not such thing as solitude here.
