Eric was incredible compassionate. Knowledgeable and respectful regarding my knee replacement surgery. I enjoyed the chance to meet such a talented and wonderful gentleman !!!! And this was s from Doreen Tyler not her husband Bruce but he gives him and 10 thumbs up too!!!
