Mesa View apartments I lived there 8 years Manager had a very unprofessional attitude towards most of the tendants they like conflict. repair service was very bad on top of roaches popping out the power outlets and mold in the rooms. I would ask for something to be upgraded and blame the owner and I quote Ceci “ Bob is a very Cheap Man “ “ Mary doesn’t like to approve for upgrades she is also very cheap to ask Bob” being managers they had parties that lasted until 2am.
Overall pAYIng $1,100 monthly wasnt bad. Knowing that the back alley is the headquater for the homless
