Mesa verde and staff have quite literally been a life-saver for my family. Ineffective services have touched my family but mesa verde provides exactly what was needed to save a life and a family.
Aly has been AMAZING with my kiddo! She has made great progress with her, and she is doing a lot better! Overall the staff that we have interacted with here are so kind, and patient! It is amazing that we have a facility that takes mental health seriously, and doesn’t ever make you feel terrible!
I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. The therapist told my wife and I that we had to send our child to an in patient psych ward. We disagreed and got a second opinion who cleared my daughter. When we notified the therapist that we discontinued her services then she called CPS on my wife and me with bogus allegations. Then charged $100 for a missed appointment and $30 for (?) her calling CPS on a Saturday. BEWARE! ALL OF THIS WAS BECAUSE OF A MINOR CUTTING INCIDENT.
Ciara is an amazing therapist! Not only does she fully support anyone she supports even people she works with! Her ability to listen and how you feel comfortable with her because there is no stigma or judgement!
Staff were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt like they understood my problems and had useful advice.
