We had some warranty work done on our home a few weeks back. We scheduled many appointments with the warranty team to fix the issue and they would never show up, until they finally did. When they finally showed up, after the third scheduled appointment, they made a mess. We were getting our door frames replaced. We have had a horrible experience so far with Dr Horton. The home has had many issues due to poor build quality, and the warranty team is very lack luster. There have been many times I have scheduled for something to be fixed just for no one to show up, but they can never seem to work around our schedule. Anytime they do fix something it seems to result in more damage to our home.

We stopped by Mesa Verde this past weekend and sat down with Marie Morales and she is awesome!
